All instructors at 'Female Driving Instructors' are sole traders.

FDIs role is to franchise new pupils to the instructors working with FDI.

FDI will only be held responsible for money paid directly to the business.

All money paid directly to the instructors is the responsibility of that instructor.

Block payments paid to each instructor (by the pupil) will be the responsibility of that instructor to 'return payment' if the lessons are not used within 6 months (for any reason).

Vouchers paid to the business or the instructors are valid for 1 year. It is the responsibility of the pupils to use the voucher within this time.  If the voucher is not 'wanted' the payment can be returned within the first 6 months (minus a 10% admin fee). 6 months after purchase the voucher is valid for a further 6 months but payment will not be returned.

The owners of FDI will happily act as a third party where there are any disputes re. lesson payment.

It is the responsibility of the instructors and pupils to alert the owners to any disputes with immediate effect.

In order to stand as a third party. Pupils can pay block payments directly to the business. The owners can then make weekly payments to the instructors. Please request this option either with the owners of with the instructor directly.
